The Dai Lai Lama IS nobody to learn from… he is involved in childtrafficking…
#mindvalley is a scam…

On September 15, the world was surprised when the Dalai Lama, the highest leader of Buddhism in Tibet, publicly acknowledged he was aware of abuses of all kinds, especially sexual, by some leaders of that religion.

"I already knew those things, nothing new," the religious leader said with some serenity. The statements, according to El Espectador, were given during a meeting with four of the Buddhist students who practice the cult in the Netherlands.

What do you do when you have autism/aspergers? Connection has been a big issue for me. Smiling and playfulness seem so inauthentic for me. I feel a lot of self loathing because I dont understand how to be at peace with being myself. I wish I could apply this wisdom

This is such a beautiful talk by Sean Stephenson. I ran into the Dalai Lama in India.  It was my intention but it was also such a beautiful surprise. After he spoke so many white butterflies flocked to the mountainside I thought it was snowing despite being 70 and sunny. His smile and laugh were as innocent and unconditional as a child's. I think of the Dalai Lama  every time I giggle and feel encouraged to laugh with abandon. If I don't giggle at the product names I come up with for a new Paleo, all natural deodorant today I'm not living my truth. I hope he can hear me giggle with him all the way up to the Himalayas today.
