Reading your experience I can understand how you feel within your situation, almost trapped within a place you cant find away out of. I worked with a patient who presented with very much similar emotions of anxiety. I decided maybe just a small change of environment might help and took him outside into the garden regularly, the transformation was profoundly therapeutic, instantaneous. I wonder if this would help you and is worth considering. Nature is a great relaxational environment. See if you can ask a carer to make this possible regularly every day, we're all free souls, try it out. 8 hope this helps. Russ Yates. BSc Hnrs Open.

Rosie Malone says:

In my spiritual awakening i understood everything immediately. I understood in that moment I was everything and yet nothing. I understood that past trauma and pain as much as I hated facing it knew that had it not happened at all I would not be who I am. Facing my past doesn't hurt. As a matter of fact nothing does anymore. And every choice I make and what I do is always and only out of love. Love for myself, love for people, love for everything. In my awakening it was love that I felt first. I love everything and everyone. Just because I don't like someone or something doesn't mean I can't show it love. It's important for me make it a point to be kind and have courage. I am a natural born leader and I want to show people there is a right way to do everything. Right is right even if no one is doing it. Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it. We must be careful of our thoughts because they do hold power. There is a domino effect to our thoughts because they lead to our words. Our words lead to our actions and our actions become our habits and in turn it will become part of our character and it will be our legacy. My question to everyone is how do you want to be remembered?

I’m 58 and have had chronic adversity for 43 years chronic pain and moved 80 times. I don’t know anyone. I don’t know where to go. I guess I’m not that dateable anymore anyway but I’ve had fond memories ❤.

Yoga Of Health says:

Most of these are pretty good but one is a total LIE.
Suffering is not mandatory.
Its OPTIONAL.

Of course any Buddhist knows this.

It is the central doctrine of the Lord Gautama Buddha's Teachings on Enlightenment.

Allen Comeau says:

It is good information but the finding of a soulmate is not something that is necessary. You can be alone and not lonely. Especially a spiritual individual.

The Psychic Gamer says:

I went through my spiritual awakening and most of my friends fell away and the rest died. I still look for future connections and work with a master who is a friend. My partner, whom isn't a psychic himself, sees the change and experiences the psychic world with me.

I am truly blessed, but that doesn't mean this life is easy by any means. I wouldn't change a single thing. I am thankful for my spirit teams guidance and their protection and the protection from my ancestoral line.

I live this life to help others and to heal myself. I wish everyone finds love and kindness in this low vibrational world.

Remember this, every single human is connected to each other. When one person experiences love, it spreads to a million people. So you are the difference. Go out and share love and kindness, you have no idea how much you are helping everyone else.
