I was wondering if you could help me understand fully a breathwork/meditation I’ve been doing… I apologize I didn’t see an email to reach out directly…
I’ve been naturally(unguided) doing a breathing meditation very deeply through my nose out through mouth and expanding my energy outwards gradually from my room through the earth and towards the stars.
I will eventually feel my crown chakra open up and I then concentrate on pulling that energy down towards my heart chakra… my whole body starts INTENSELY vibrating. The first time I did it my face felt like it was strapped to the tip of a rocket blasting towards space, my crown and heart felt like I had 100 message guns pressed from the inside of my body facing outwards. My hands where stuck in claw positions and I couldn’t unclamp them for 10-15 minutes afterwards..
I try breathing deeper and harder trying to move the energy to my lower chakras but after doing this 4 times now I still don’t feel I can get it past my solar plexus into my sacral and root. Also I don’t feel the vibration in my throat chakra, Only in my crown, kind of my third eye and definitely across my chest and sometimes Solar plexus.
I think this is kundalini energy but I wanted to know exactly what’s happening. Why is the energy starting from top down instead of down up? How do I harness it fully so it reaches the lower chakras?.. also if this is fully safe and how I can trigger a full kundalini awakening with this. Because I don’t believe it’s happened yet.
If you want the end to come, you just keep thinking about it and you will be assigned to the Earth dimension that is next up for that experience. Its your choice. Think and feel your way on this planet better. TV is used to manipulate us all. Suggestions can manifest and the worlds changing to where we will think up more things faster now. Good luck, pay attention and stay away from TV that may suggest what you would rather not experience, as it seems to me, many years of paying attention, we do very well live out some suggestions and things TV or others speak about. Some people harm themselves this way and worse… TV DISEASE COMMERCIALS ARE SUGGESTIONS… heh, Constantly suggesting you get sick… Time to face that wake up call they keep speaking about. Notice it.. .Grow… Love and live… Forget TV. (especially main stream NEWS hypnotists) Hypnotic Anchoring. News Anchor… Its right in the name people, not hidden… just you have to figure it out.. The blinking and hand movements are suggestive hypnosis techniques, while your watching the most hypnotic suggestion device called Tell A Vision…. A vision can become real.. Manifestation… They are using you all.
