Almost 2 months of SR.
Cold showers, no coffee, no nicotine, no weed, taking walks outside, taking vitamin and omega 3 supplements. In a couple of weeks I want healthy dopamine levels. Thank you for making these video's.

I get a lot of what you’re saying, but what do you do in the situation where surrender means losing any connection with this life? I don’t mean depressed or suicidal, I mean losing any desire for this world. If I were 50 years younger, this would be a terrifying situation, sometimes it’s good to be old😂
I'm what you would refer to as an old-school witch. And I understand that spells are actually the words. And you should see the words I use on atheist. Words such as soulless. Animals. And much much worse. But since they are souless really doesn't matter to an atheist. I've even told atheists they don't even know what love is it's just a physical reaction to the body because they're a warm-blooded creature. And the only way you could ever understand what the word love means is a spiritual. No one has the right to take away Jesus from children. And no one has the right to tell them they cannot pray. That's telling a child they can't have hope. And that really irritates me. I'm a very nice person and I will help anyone. Unless you hurt a child. Then you are open game.
You and I would get along. I keep telling the atheist how much damage they're doing by trying to remove Jesus. I don't believe in the religion at all but Jesus is kindness. And a better evolved human. And this world needs that more than it has ever needed it before. To me God is just evolution. But Jesus was a special kind of kindness. And I believe the world needs a man like that more than ever. Jesus is just hope. And I hate money. Money is slavery to me. Money was one of the worst inventions by humans.

Honestly, I think content creation waters down things as people try to keep up with capitalism which demands more more more. You can’t stay centered if you’re focused on making money or even staying “relevant” according to the standards of a consumerist society. It’s difficult at least.
I agree 100%. In the YouTube spiritual community I think there are mainly 2 types of people: those that seem genuinely spiritually aware and those who seem to only know spiritual information just like any other facts or figures without any real development of the spirit or "heart" as you call it
New age false light. It all sounded somewhat clever and interesting but never really resonated with me on a deep level.. idk. Prob bc it was absent of the spirit. Like the Alan watts clips and recordings. Clearly an intelligent guy but he’s not Jesus Christ lol
Anyone have experience learning how to express boundaries without the fear of consequences? i.e. always telling the truth, being honest about your motives, needs, wants and desires.
I’ve always struggled with this and instead people pleased instead to “keep the peace”. I fear making others uncomfortable so rather than speaking what I’m thinking/feeling/experiencing I mirror and shape shift. Thought lately I feel I’ve found some clarity within myself and feel a much stronger need to set boundaries with people. Problem is I can’t get myself to express them because of the fear of what others might think, feel, or say in response. Part of me really wants to be liked by everybody and I know that’s not possible but I still feel it’s important to tell my relative truth of this human experience in a kind and sensitive manner. I’m afraid of coming across as too bold and insensitive.
If anyone has any experience overcoming their own version of this, I’d appreciate your insight 🙂
