Adam Mueller says:

How do people get so confident when speaking on such unknowable topics? And I have never read any of his books, but what Tolle is saying is just what Vivekananda and Tillich say. Does he give a lot of credit to them in his writings or mention them at all?

Estella Franchon says:

I wish they hadn't cut this footage after she said that…I would've loved to have heard him elaborate further.

phil phil says:

this women possess a high situation on the tv show.

JustinHenryfan says:

Could be, but it still doesn't mean that we don't die. We still technically die, even if we just switch form. Once we lose this form (human) into some other energy, we lose our brain, which is where our intelligence and consciousness comes from.

Simon0 says:

i love Eckhart Tolle for explaining about the pain body in his books and how to be free of it. That has changed my life.

John Fenman says:

I rather think he means that you are alive, that the nature of a human is based in its life, thus when you are dead, it is no longer you. So you can only be alive, you cannot be dead. Yet your life span is finite, and when your body rots away the you that might be said to be dead, no longer exists to be dead. So in otherwords, you are alive, then you are no more which is about what most people mean when they say you are dead. Take little comfort in knowing that something that does not exist, cannot be said to be anything, including dead. No comfort knowing your total existence is when you are alive, when dead just means you were alive before. I am, I am, I am does not become I am not, instead it just becomes _____.

The interpretation that the energy of your reasoning mind persists in another form that has relivance to what used to be a living human is false. Others will know you lived and are now dead, even though you cannot yourself be dead, since you no longer can be anything at all, except what you were before you were born.

Gee Nahh says:

I have thought this for a while now. Some have said I am crazy to think of our essence as energy…energy does not disappear

Shak Hardihood says:

Theres no such thing as death… Time to visit my ___________ .

Sandra Slastan says:

Amazing! I am so grateful for his teachings! <3

Louisa Rezgui says:

"Life lives you". Life aka Conciousness/Spirit/Soul/God. "Surrender to the will of God", in that sense, it is living through you.

Joh Drinda says:

As usual, great rhetoric! – I see it far more "down to earth" and discovered that quality of life is realized by fulfilling three prerequisites:
1) Our capitalist society forces us to secure ourselves materialistically. I.e. to acquire a minimum of basic materialistic accessory, as to satisfy all our mental, emotional and physical "true needs" (our inherited, genetic default values).
2) Discover and develop our inherited mental, emotional, physical true needs, incl. our unique abilities and talents.
3) …and the hardest bit: finding that elusive emotionally compatible partner…
Well, good Eckhart didn't mention that, did he?

Afrah Otb says:

Gabriela Montenegro says:

He should fear judgement day since he doesn't fear death. He needs to think about God being the way the truth and life. That's the way to find true peace for your soul. Not this stupid bogus book.
