no joke i listend to this last night i understood the whole thing. all this pressure kept building in my forehead head as i went along it got so uncomfortable then a pinching sensation on my eyebrow, then a few cracks and the presure was gone my nose cleard aswell, weird. i used to think this was all bullshit. i couldnt achieve the astro projecting though
It's very interesting but music and slooow spoken word is putting me to sleep and not letting focus on what is said. It's about meditation, not, meditation so I think it doesn't have to be that slow. But I do love the topic
