I'm truly a Buddhist at heart…I am a pacifist-I do not believe in killing unless it is to eat. I do not believe in rejecting anything just because it is different from me-I believe in tolerance. I do not even believe human lives are more important than animals lives-I believe all sentient life matters equally: human, animal, even insect, whatever. In this clip the Dali Lama says he even believes should an ET visit us that we should seek to understand it instead of destroy it…I really really love this man. I guess I'm a Buddhist.
