Before any of the 5 major religions they were introduced to "The King" and this King took them into the highest state of conciousness attainable …"The Thundering OM " There is a long Sanskrit word for this state of conciousness which means sight beyond the eyes and sound beyond the ears. This King is the King of all yoga asanas …the headstand. The ancients had a saying…"One who does the headstand 3 (as close to consecutive ) hours a day will surely attain enlightenment ". Jesus's cross just happens to be a perfect headstand prop! ! No coincidence. ..Peter, James and John ( nicknamed the sons of thunder ) are the top 3 disciples of Christ who successfully completed this lesson entering into the formless thundering "OM" = "the sons of thunder ".
