This Seeds of Compassion event, which was held on the University of Washington campus April 15, features the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu leading an interspiritual panel to focus on the common theme of compassion that lies at the heart of the world’s spiritual traditions.

NEVER trust people who can not laugh…and dance. These two ethereal individuals…are rascals. Yes. Rascals. To watch these two interact…is like watching 2 little brothers. They have great love and affection for eachother. If they can generate love…compasdion and kindness…so can we. As the Dalai Lama says..I am a simple monk…nothing special. We too…can radiate love…kindness…and compassion.
