I have been a follower of Deepak Chopra for the last 17 years. I understand that degree of his enlightenment is unfathomable. He is against so called religion…. religion is "idiotic, quarrelsome …..etc."according to his statement. I am confused he is sitting with a representative of organised religion and discussing on Vedanta… I am confused.
No single person has done as much disservice to the understanding of Eastern mysticism than deepak chopra. How he managed to become a celebrity is a true wonder !
Living a life of Vadentist is SWAMI JI , and talking superficial about Vedanta is Deepak Chopra, Their is difference between intelligence and wisdom , intelligent man is like a donkey laden with books but cannot read it and wise man is a donkeys with a grass in-front of it enjoying it ,real Vedanta is a experience of God but pseudo Vedanta is talking about it , just like eating a mango and talking about mango .
Thinking myself as imaginary Brahman I don't like to get mental complications and sicknss.It is a theory that can destroy normal life of human beings. Human beings should think themselves only as human beings. Normal and practical way is the right way.

Deepak Chopra cannot cater to the mind in which most of the beings are caught in. Swamy can cater cause he has knowledge of the Gods Sanskrit. Poor Deepak is just a surgeon who has experienced the turiya state no knowledge of vedanthas upanishads and has no garb sacred rocker clothing.
