Great! I do Vipasana meditation 2 hrs/day regularly for the last 12 yrs. This meditation technique is concentrating on one's breath & body sensation. As a non-meditator, I used to get severe migraine headache, ear pain due to tender skin, throat infection, body pain, stomach pain, etc, and had to take pills for few days to get relief. Meditation helped me
to get rid of these pains permanently because I meditated on them & they vanished. like the bird lady i too am chosen, i’ve had encounters with different energies: 2008 Dec 7 @ 10:30pm an amoeba like apparition floated over me – i had started yelling at it when it just “appeared” in the night sky(perhaps out of a different dimension), it was a yellowish lucid plasma at a distance BUT when it got to be right above me it was like i was looking into a black hole! my bravado “i’m here! i’m right here!!” turned to a terrified “oh my god oh my god!!” i’d like to tell more… if anyone is interested?

Only 20 minuets in…..but can’t stop from thinking that the Buddha would say to all these questions and wondering….does this leads to the end of suffering or does it stall the progress on the path. What’s the use of all this as per relieving humans and all beings suffering???

Hello, i am hesitant to comment because everything seems so surreal. I have been diagnosed with brain atrophy and told i should be, if not would soon be going insane. Three years ago i returned home and wrote mybfirst script that i am still to this date trying to produce. I guess iseek someone to 'Empathise' with me,if not explain my now found thirst for info.. i do hope you are still reading your messages.Thank you

Awesome guy . Philosopher scientist. Real Buddhist , Vedantist, Rationalist ,teacher and student combined together. Devoid of any kind of sectarian rigid principals and faiths but champion of all inclusive real science whose goal is truth .. Science and spirituality have same goal ie truth. While going towards it you find many wonderful things on the path which enhance life .Anyway truth is the goal for all beings and it's part of evolution. Some falters walking on the path some go fast towards it. This video indicates one great quality of Deepak, a real human being ie he is student in the school named life, always reading ,learning experimenting and open minded.
