The Dalai Lama stated he admires socialism and original Marxism. Which is exactly in line with Buddhism. He gave an educated response about how successful socialism could be done if done genuinely. This was stated in his conference today. Maybe this clarifies things to those who believe he is supportive of conservative politics.
