There are only different versions of the self. Each one on a different level. All are moving towards oneness.

You can also go beyond all the meditation, worship, gods, saints, messengers etc and realize the PARABRAHMA/ABSOLUTE REALITY
And once you realize it, your seeking stops, you stop being a seeker and become established in natural Absolute State..
I have done my Seeking Since age 19 and have realized Reality..and i am beyond meditation, worship of any kind yet stablized in Reality
Understand it this way
There is the Truth
And then there are messengers of truth
Like Jesus, Buddha, Vedas, etc
Messengers just tell you the truth
Truth can be reached by the Person but some people take the help of other people(gurus) who is also a truth seeker and has attained the truth..ie moksha..
Thus Spirituality = Truth Seeking and then finally attaining the truth
The great Sadhguru says its best “I am not my body, I’m not even the mind” when you become nothingness, then truly you can embrace everything and everyone 🙏☺️
You focus on individuals being on the path which I agree with, we all are, however as you say some are more aware than others. More than that, we are all together as a collective on a universal path of awakening and growth where each and everyone of us feels this. So with people who are consciously growing into love, peace and acceptance they are in turn moving the universe down this spiritual growth path which will aid those unconscious people move into a higher frequency of love peace and acceptance and they won't even know it 😉

i think not every human has spirituality. there are those who achieve what described in non spiritual way. i happen to be spiritual in mixed form mainly buddhism, laveyan satanism and atheopaganism but not all people are spiritual. i use more better word for it to include non spiritual ones which is individuality.
