Why be spiritual? Because we are spiritual beings?
What is "spiritual"? How one experience "spirituality"? What is Spirit?

We are spiritual beings but many of us don't walk around life with this in mind. Integrating both aspects of ourselves, our human body with our spirit will help us live more connect, healthier lives. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this topic Russell.

Why bother being spiritual?
Because when you're talking about a population of brainwashed human filth, …. denial is much easier, than being "spiritual".
I'm OK, are you OK?
The battle cry of the mentally and spiritually feeble because in "reality" we are all far from OK.
Unless of course you are to argue that the eternal wars, the millions of starving children, the uncountable homeless and destitute, and the horrendous environmental disasters are all the result of a wise and spiritual species.
The ancient lesson of divide and conquer is lost upon a population of Brainwashed Human Filth.
And I hate to inform you, but the natural and organic result of such practiced self inflicted retardation as the win/lose paradigm to structure your every affair, just guarantees you all losing. Only BHF with the lose in their equation for structuring their every affair can and will lose and such BHF has no problem dragging any good and decent people with it on its way to hell.
Good and decent people who understand and practice the win/win to structure their every affair have no fear of such self inflicted retardation as losing. Losing is for children who do not now better, idiots, and morons. Morons being adults that think and act as children do. GO UNITED! … Just saying.
Know too, how hard it is for good and decent people to practice the holy and divine win/win when there's a vast majority of Brainwashed Human Filth drooling the words "human nature" and insisting that only their win/lose paradigm is valid and who are totally willing and able to see you and yours hurt and turned into losers in order to justify their own personal and perverted winner status.
This sick perverted BHF can't wipe itself from the face of the earth fast enough for good and decent "spiritual" people.
And they will too. They are doing it now, …. just watch the filth go.
Thank god "death" is the ultimate healing.

I can't remember witch video Russel does this reality shift but if you pay attention, you can see your reality cut a fraction of a second as you enter a new dimension or reality, he changes destiny and noticed time stop for a moment when our life line video switches scene into our new reality. I saw everything (reality) disappear and reappear when transformed.
