‘Law & Order: SVU’ actress Diane Neal is making an independent run for NY’s 19th Congressional District seat. Neal, who claims no party affiliation, describes herself as “a little Libertarian, a lot liberal, mostly progressive.” The 41-year-old has appeared in many other TV shows including "NCIS" and “Suits.” She will be running for the seat currently held by GOP Rep. John Faso, who was elected in 2016.
