Meditations editate = > mEDITATE.
And this is, as well, running, fast walking, picking up flowers, cleaning bathroom for example, watching a partner, beloved; and as well child few more seconds dedicated entirely in that eye blick, while going to a kindergarden or grandma.
Attention is like a strong bubble; tent = > atTENTion.
And transforms.
Again leads to a gain.
By taking look in side own self,one sees so much set = > A look in all set = oposit direction these letters give and are NIKOLA TESLA = < ALOKIN ALSET

We are always in a state of being, we can be in whatever state we decide to be in. I can be in the 1st stage then the 4th then the 2nd again..we are always changing states. We decide where we are all the time since we are consciousness only we can decide which stage we are in ever. 🙂

He didn't say what happens to you and your thought processes once you reach this 4th Stage, when you "truly awaken" (I guess)???
Like what happens then? Is that it? You get your Get-to-Heaven card and you can rest easy? lol like what happens next?
This man will really help people with this knowledge.
Third stage….
I tried to pass the 2 nd stage as I was only interested in spirituality itself the nore science based, but you need to grasp all skills even if it turned to be in your own uniqie way, lol💜🌎🕊
When you get there you will know!! It’s a beautiful thing euphoria! ( like if you agree )
