I need the silence now, please. City has too many noises really, and in this case I feel it doesnt really feet with Eckhart teaching and love of silence. When I need to raise my energy, I do it with other meditations or just frequency for high energy, theres a lot and very good here in you tube. But need silence now please ?

DWatchgoy says:

What a wonderful meditation I've just had, it was great to hear the wise voice of Eckhart cutting through any preconceptions, while gently guiding me through start to finish.
While the reverberated sounds acted as the amplified audio of the aforementioned silence.
I'll return to this, and look forward to using the others in this playlist.

Angelo Iodice says:

With respect to the music (sound) that many comments indicate to be a problem, it does have a purpose. When I was in the Himalayas, Gangotri,  Gomukh, Topovan, from whence the Ganga flows, there is that incredible minding-melting, constant and never-ceasing, continuous roar of the melting glaciers. "You can't even hear yourself think," which when applied to meditation, it is a good thing. That constant ice-melting roar, soothes your mind with background reverberations and you automatically move towards awareness. When I returned to The States, for many days thereafter, the roar was continuously heard by me as an echo in my ears which was a constant soothing presence, cutting away many thoughts and allowing me to be calm and very present. This was confirmed by my teacher, letting me be aware that that is one of the reasons why yogis meditate in such specific places like these valleys because of their unique tools and in this case the loud reverberation that unclutters the mind.

Daniel C says:

Somebody please help eckhart! He fell into a metal box where someone is playing a dijerredoo right in his ears!

Jane Martin says:

Mieke says:

Please can I hear the old version without background sound, the silence is so good to be in!

jacomina hofmeester says:

it's two different ways of going within. using "tones" is one way and it just doesnt mix with Tolle's way. It just doesnt mix well. opposite directions really.
