Breakthrough: I “thought” I was having an anxiety attack today. (Honestly from changing my thoughts so much) I was looked in the eye and told “you got this”. I agreed instantly, and suddenly my solar plexus began to contract violently and I burst into laughter. It felt good. Had no idea what I was experiencing physically but I knew it felt good, and the words came out of my mouth “yea, get out”. And I stopped the contractions to allow flow and relieve the tension. Stress don’t live here anymore.
