Ram Dass on allowing love in and recognizing the the traits of the mind that hold us back from really living

JAH “Keeper of Ziongate” RASTAFARI says:

What if we really are as awsome as we are? Walking talking miracles of energy and love. Perfect like a rose, divine by invention. Seriously, what if "it" is as awesome as "it" really is. I sent text and used social media to message everyone I know. Asking them to listen to this universal truth. We are all beautiful! I sent the link to my mother first. She responded, "Sweet, I love u n thank God I was chosen 2 b ur mother". Chosen, by whom? Perfection. Can a sunset ever wrong? Is a child's laughter anything less than pure joy? Ram Dass, what if you really are as awesome as you are? I am, not because I haven't room to grow but, because I am what I am. The universes gift onto itself. Thank you for opening my universe. Namaste

I have been sharing this with everyone I know. Perhaps I am missing the bigger picture but, doesn't every one know this in their hearts? I just want the world to know and believe it!

How can I get the complete lecture?

Phoebe Chongchua says:

His words are so true. If you can get in the moment and experience the now, you can start to find love in your heart and heal the areas that are broken all by being present and observing where your mind goes and what it tends to focus on. It's a constant practice for me.
