35.20: "It's only that in which i am paying attention that becomes stronger in my awareness." And so, yes – then – it is vital to not pay obsessive attention to covid19 ! It is what it is. We need to come to acceptance of it. Certainly doing what we can to not actively seek it out. Doing what we can to not overwhelm the medical systems. Doing what we can to keep ourselves / others healthy, and nurture ourselves / others as well as possible if / when sick. Have or cultivate great compassion for those who experience deep suffering from it. Compassion for ourselves who may / are experiencing deep suffering from the death of others from it. But all along – being at a "place" of acceptance. Much easier said than done, i know. But still – that is the goal. Anchoring ourselves in the Self beyond the body. Our Witnessing Self / Higher Self / Divine Self. Which is our True Self. Knowing and feeling the gratitude for this – our True Self – that is beyond the body. Physical experience doesn't exist without it. But beyond physical experience, it still and always exists.
This is a time for the shift in consciousness for human evolution.

You give it power by feeding its requests
This entity that is resurfacing from time to time within one or two generations gap, is now present and wants to be heard, or better saying it screams on our main channels of existence.
