What I would love, more than anything, is to start teaching this to my 4 year old. Any ideas on how to start sharing this with a 4 year old? I slip in and out of conscious presence but at least I know it is an accessible state. Sometimes I like to flirt with my ego – indulge in some egoic thinking, it never ends well.
