It might be that when someone cuts you off in traffic your realize (again) how inconsiderate human beings can be. And you feel like you, being a human being, are downgraded. There seems to be a deeper part of this that I don't have understanding of.
I appreciated the book explaining the self. However, let's not go with his "sense of humor here people". He himself describes complaining as life in this excerpt. Last time I checked, life was good. Complaining is a common bond and helpfull when done right. My family is perfectly annoying and I love that standard of morals. Get real Eck.
Weirdo… sometimes he makes sense. We get hurt, we have feelings. Sometimes we love and then we get taken for granted. I have been betrayed so many times, I still suffer when it happens. Good that means I am alive.
I am not able to agree with him entirely. It makes sense but is out of context and not being realistic. There are people who do the wrong thing either it be being cut off on the road or not. People will respond or react if done wrong by. In not reacting or responding we will simply be giving out the message that it is ok to behave as one likes. Most of us are intelligent enough to know when it is appropriate to respond or react. But to suggest we are tainted with egos when another persons action is not appreciated is not right.
This video has the wrong title. It should be "not complaining" or "why we shouldn't complain." The title "annoying people" reinforces the problem with the ego. The issue is not with others :)
man i wanted some advice on how to annoy people! Disappointed :(
Eckhart is awesome!!!!
One Eckhart Tolle video a day – keeps identification with ego away :)

Eckhart Tolle is Satan the Poison Oracle, Benge.
finally i understood something .
how about people chanting bad words in public places for relatively very small mistakes ?? how to cope with it ??
Dit soort boodschappen kom je toch altijd tegen op het juiste moment…
Verhelderend! #ego
Interesting to listen to him but why people's in the background laughing so loud.
Eckhardt's videos are impressive, I always learn something profound in his vids.

His sense of humour is underrated.
even if it's not toward you, it makes you unhappy. how to cope with it?
but how do you cope with annoying people?
Never take anything personally. Everyone has coping strategies.
