We have embarked on a game that is much more profound than we usually think we are in – we’re ready to slip by and make everybody feel good. As in the metaphor for the Bhagavad Gita – Arjun fights an army of attachments – attachment to family, to a secure and comfortable life, to the prestige of habit and comfort, to shine in society – they may have served as guides and teachers in the past but they have been part of what has kept us from God.
