Whenever i have anxiety i put on Eckhart and he helps put things back into perspective. His voice is so calming. I notice the anxiety comes from living in the possible future situation that doesn't exist vs. The now. I have to come back from that habitual thinking that my pain body takes me to. Thank you Eckhart..
