Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher and author, born in Germany and educated at the Universities of London and Cambridge. At the age of 29 a profound inner transformation radically changed the course of his life. He devoted the next several years to understanding, integrating, and deepening that transformation. With his international bestsellers, The Power of Now and A New Earth—translated into over 52 languages—he has introduced millions to the joy and freedom of living life in the present moment. The New York Times has described him as “the most popular spiritual author in the United States”, and Watkins Review has named him “the most spiritually influential person in the world.”

Eckhart’s profound, yet simple teachings have helped countless people around the globe experience a state of vibrantly alive inner peace in their daily lives. His teachings focus on awakening consciousness, which transcends ego and discursive thinking, and can be seen as the next step in human evolution. In the awakened state of presence, we discover what Eckhart describes as our essential identity—who we are beneath the surface—and its power for transforming our selves and our world.

The truth about meditation

Having learnt what I have learnt it’s only right that I share it with my spiritual community.

Many say they find it hard to meditate and that they find it hard or impossible to quite their minds because thoughts keep pooping in from know where, even thoughts we may not understand or isn’t apart of us.

Why is this, why do we find it hard to connect to our natural spiritual self and quite our minds to begin to manifest our thoughts.

Our minds are ours to control at will (our minds do not have a mind of its own)

The unseen powers, the unseen controllers of our world know dam well that many of us have the ability to reach true enlightenment and obtain our true natural human powers. With this it would be impossible for them to control us, lie to us, deceive us, manipulate us and many other things.

We have been blocked on purpose and our minds manipulated on purpose. They never wanted us to truly be able to quite our minds or understand how easy it can be for us to truly use our minds.

This is how they have done it.

STOP YOU FROM CONCENTRATING.

When meditating your concentration has to be unwavering and to quite our minds is the most important thing for us to receive answers to question and to renew our energy.

Not one person has ever reached true enlightenment or their true power.

OUR BALANCE.

To reach true enlightenment your body mind and soul has to be truly balanced.

This is impossible to achieve if you are right handed or left handed.

If your right handed the left side of your body will be weaker making you permanently of balance and unable to truly fly. Vise versa if your left handed and that you must fix first.

Balance out your body (link me if you want to know how you can balance out your body with targeted training) with an equal balance body you could probably win ever sports out their, even run faster than Usain Bolt. Also be much strong and fitter than we are now.

AS FOR THE MIND.

Outside forces intent on making sure all who meditate or try to, will find it to hard so give up trying because they can’t quite their minds or concentrate.

Thoughts or things pop into theirs minds which they can not control.

This alone should tell you someone is putting it their on purpose.

THE NATURAL MIND WOULD NOT MESS UP IT’S OWN MIND.

Kyle Noe says:

My legs twitch and convulse whenever I lose my sense of presence and peace.

Kyle Noe says:

Gdamn that insight was mind boggling to me. I run on propositions in which there's an object, related to a subject via a link in the verb. But he's saying the unconscious mind cannot be in the objective role. Bc it's beyond that transcends that.. supersedes that.

Kyle Noe says:

Adhd makes awakening that much harder. It's nearly impossible up focus long enough to hear his slow messages. Maddening when you're not ready to listen hardcore.

Kyle Noe says:

Be talks like he's got a weird accent. He inserts sibilant sounds randomly like sink instead of think… it's peculiar.

I have been a ripple and now want to be the ocean

Rhonda Richardson says:

“These are the voyages of OUR CONSCIOUSNESS… Its continuing mission, exploring empty SPACE… THE FINAL FRONTIER.”
