Nature sounds are my favourite music too. I love the sound of strong wind blowing through poplar trees in summertime in particular, although wind through the spruce in the mountains is very sweet as well. 😀
I'm trying to stay present in this time of disruption and it is really difficult to stay always present. I often experience this space full of peace and love when I'm alone but when I˙m interacting with others I can˙t manage to stay in this state. This makes me sad. I thank you from my heart for your guidance it is such a blessing to have you in this times. My life is so much brighter with your teachings.
