hi!! In this video, I go a little into each of the spiritual habits + practices I do because I get a ton of questions about them. I would consider myself a beginner still in the world of spirituality, so I wanted to share with you all how I got started and continue to learn – for beginners, from a beginner.

What I explain is all based on *my* understandings and experiences, plus I try to keep everything I say simple and easily digestible. I know there’s SO much more depth to a lot of the concepts, as well as other views, so please take everything I say with a grain of salt and as a starting point to learn more on your own.

If you want to share any of your opinions or perspectives, feel free to! Just stay respectable, please 🙂

I hope you all enjoyed this video and have a wonderful day!

hi everyone! i wanted to put a comment on here to also mention a HUGE part of all my habits that i forgot to mention in the video – their origins. Of course all of these things have become more “mainstream” or acknowledged because of social media, but many of these practices have deep cultural ties such as Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. You learn about the history as you study them, and I forgot that some people may not have the knowledge on it like I do because I’m acquainted with it. So, as you get into these practices, also make sure that you learn about their history and significance!!

Thank you! Listening to you talk is really relaxing and I find astrology and crystals and that stuff really interesting and cool! I'm going to start learning more about all of it I think too, And I don't ahve great mental health so maybe some of the crystals could help me! I'm not sure but thank you for making this! It was really interesting to listen to! <33

Claudia Oh says:

All these things are lovely to focus on, especially manifestation and general positivity, but it can be very harmful to call these things "witchy" when there IS an actual religion, Wicca, that calls the people that practice said belief system Witches, takes things like crystals and tarot and use them as tools for connecting to spirit and deities (think "God" in Christian terms), and basically has their own moral belief system behind using said tools. Though I am not opposed to the idea that tarot could be used as a way to double-down on intuition and doesn't ALWAYS have to have a spiritual practice behind it, it's important to make the distinction between what you believe is "spirituality", and "witchy" things, and not mix the two to blur into the same thing. Curiosity for spirituality CAN LEAD to believing in Wicca, just like it can lead to believing in Christianity, Judaism, etc. That being said I think it's awesome you're in the beginning stages of this and you're representing those who have been curious about it and need a resource! THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY TED TALK. 🤗😅 I hope my comment doesn't come across like I am trying to gatekeep by any means!

what if you forget which crystal is which

Heidi says:

For me I started listening to subliminals, then I learned about reality shifting, then I read the CIA docs on shifting and learned about meditation and psychic abilities from it. After that I started meditating a bunch and then I kept learning and one thing lead to another.
