Taken from Ram Doss’s lecture The cycle of awakening – this video explores Life and Death. The speech is paired with ambient music featuring Pure Schumann Resonance. Known as mother earth’s heart beat, Schumann resonances are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.

Ram Dass, also known as Baba Ram Dass, was an American spiritual teacher, psychologist, and author. His widely known book, Be Here Now, has been described as “seminal”, and helped popularize Eastern spirituality and yoga with the baby boomer generation in the West.
