A giant in the fields of alternative medicine and spirituality, my friend of three decades, Deepak Chopra, joins me on today’s podcast.

We dive into the state of the world today, the miracle of human existence, and how aging has led us both to reevaluate the way we approach our lives.

After the interview I take listener questions.

Peggy Miner says:

Each perception has its limitations. Admitting that all opinions have only a limited view of the unlimited potential of the divine is awakening. When we try to communicate what we know, limited by language and misunderstanding, false divisions are made. Only when we begin to understand the ephemeral nature of our understanding can we acquiesce our beliefs and our need to control.

Liliana Rovegno says:

less words, more useful action

jack damron says:

and he left out grifting the public with psychobabble bullshit.

Lisa Muzz says:

Thank you so much for this great conversation. Sending waves of love and light. I really hope we can turn this insanity in our world to love and peace. Namaste

Kathryn Tate says:

Saying that it is all an illusion is an illusion. We need to acknowledge the profound importance of the material world–not throw it out like trash. And what we put in our mouths and the means by which we feed our bodies is of critical importance to our individual perceptions.

Kathryn Tate says:

Marianne, Deepak, everyone misses the Big Cheese, capitalism; when capitalism is replaced with a cooperative structure, you will see a ton of unhealthy and "insane" mental constructs fall in a domino effect.

Veronica Alessandrello says:

Well done Marianne, It's so great to hear Deepak Chopra opening up to you and showing authenticity. Leaving the EGO of formality and caring little about public image and just say it! I loved it! It's reassuring for people like us. Being real and relevant responding to the real context. YES, THOSE MEN IN POWER LOST THEIR NUTS AND FOR SURE ARE FROM AN INSANE MAFIA CARTEL!!!

Luke Lott says:

I started donating plasma baby

Eileen Morilleau says:

I can soooo identify with what you are both saying and have been trying for so long to make sense of my life. Now, it makes sense !!! Thank you !

Sea lion Defense Brigade says:

Photons for Peace <3 thanks for your love and participation<3

hugh perry says:

I have listened to this talk twice and find it the most relevant discussion available today. Thank you both.
Living Behind Your Breath, that's me, Hugh

Daniel Lawton says:

Seriously Deepak. How long are you going to mislead people and steal from them? Why don't you stop for a while, and actually learn something yourself?

Johann Kotze Music & Yoga says:

A short, easy to understand, unbiased explantation of why science is flawed. Or limited. And why it should not dominate human affairs as the only authority.

Karen Dobrzynski says:

I loved the entire interview; both of you are our heroes. Deepak really piqued my interest with his pledge and commitment to the issue of Suicide. Diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2015, I found myself answering the Suicide Hot Line in Reno, Nevada. My simple thought: if I could save one life, it will be a day well-lived. That commitment saved my life and hopefully, many others over the next three years. I found Bernie Sanders, Marianne Williamson and the spiritual community that continues to serve my life daily. I am eternally grateful to all of these spiritual Leaders who give us the views of what is possible in this world.

Irene Alomar says:

Laura Pfeifer says:

The only problem with this conversation is the amount of wealth you both have amassed with your talks and books. Truly spiritual people dont seek great wealth. So I think they are not on utube.

Claudia Skaggs says:

Yeah, "WE, Women, an uprising, a non-violent revolution."

Claudia Skaggs says:

Thank you Mr. Chopra. "Engage in Love in action, in loving presence." Shine the light and detach." Beautifully said. "COMPASSION", I must add.
