sonorous droplets spatter no no no no no
oh so smoothly on my temples like
a well-oiled trombone slide, sinuous and
unspoken. a profuse tomato split
by saw-like teeth, my rapt fingers
lift away sticky from the stunning juice.
your serrated stutter guts me, arbitrarily
slinging back the blood I gave you
with all the sinewy force in your silence.
