Totally agree ! No medals for suffering Way too much false happiness with forced positivity Pure garbage and avoids being a full human being which can be so messy

That is an idea goal. Not a starting point

It’s a matter of perspective. Many years ago I was depressed. I realized it was because of the way I thought. We are taught to think a certain way. There’s wanted and unwanted in every experience. Whatever we focus on in that experience grows. I understand that 2 very well known people were depressed thru their experience and it seems like we should be as well because they were too, but again we don’t have to be. Every so called struggle in life answers a life question for us and brings us to a new level of understanding. It is never in vain, but if we don’t understand what us going on we will be depressed and stay in depression for a long while and possibly never come out. We are taught that “Seeing is Believing,” but the truth is “Believing is Seeing.” Many people live life by “Seeing what they believe” and continue to perpetuate an old manifested reality.. We can create a new reality by “Believing and then seeing.” Our 5 senses only tell us about old manifested reality, but not the new one we can create thru our belief.

Many people try to jump from depressed to happy overnight which isn’t natural because there is an invisible scale of emotion.
