I just get disappointed at meditation, but then I'm disappointed with life and existence its self
Yes, it is good to contemplate and meditate on where this fear is coming from. Awareness dissolves fear.
Nearly every video I watch from eckhart I feel like my mind has been blown! Absolutely amazing and I am learning so much! I’ve had so many “ wow “ moments recently and genuinely wish I had been taught this when I was in school I’m now 35 and I think I would have lived my life being more fearless , less anxious and most importantly present! This was just when my journey was meant to be and I am grateful for every lesson learned along the way 🙏🏻 thank you eckhart!
Every time I watch Eckhart I come back to presence almost immediately. I am thankful to have a real spiritual teacher that's unique to my needs and that I actually accept 1000%!

I am here to motivate you and tell you never t0 give up even though the situation seems so though, G0d has promised his children and he will surely d0 what he has promised his children.
Everything this man talks about has started to make complete sense over the last 6 months. I've been listening to his work for 5 years. It's a shame his teachings can come across as so mysterious and 'weird' according to many average people as if the ideas were more accessible and familiar so many more people could be 'awakened' (case in point) ❤️

I just feel any wise person would be better with a stand up comedian next to them, making fun of them. Eckhart manages both roles at the same time, which gives a lovely flow.

Fear is just energy. Recognize it as such. It will dissipate.
A good meditator incorporates every thing into meditation (noises, fears, thoughts etc) by allowing is-ness.
