Dream Surfer says:

To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

Myles Szalay says:

So I'd like to think I'm very aware, but with this awareness I've acquired, me personally it just leaves me with more questions, I'm not saying it hasn't helped, it's helped a lot, it genuinely has, but it solves some of my answers/problems and leaves me with more, what do I do?

Javier Serralta San Martin says:

25 seconds of most beautiful silence at the bebining… thank you.. his voice is music, so spiritual, harmonious, loving.. eckart is the sweetest ever german or austrian.. only mozart is at similar level of humanity …
love the way he said we should be like empty canvas again and again before painting.. this man never changes.. he is ever giving love… and it all came from his dramatic past.. all is for good.. even the bad things that happened to us.. he is the best example.. he is universal like the sun, water, a mountain, the ocean

André Reloaded says:

Staying present is tough when you have the strong pull of anger due to past grievances. Replaying events in your head so you feel 'better' now, is such a vicious circle of addictive negative thinking.

Thank You Eckhart❣

Roger Lin says:

You can't think, and be alert in the presence, at the same time.
Observe, notice the space.
Hear words, notice the space.
Hear the subtlest sounds.
That's presence, your inner stillness.
Thanks Eckhart. 🚴‍♂️🍌✔🐿🍰🧀☯️😇🎯🤠🏊‍♂️🐧🍑

Batinku says:

Mr Eckhart, in power of now you've said,
"You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold."
From that, I assumed that the purpose of human existence was for that unfold thing..

my question is, why bother to make the human being exist, and the whole universe?

why don't the divine being just sit comfortably and don't make the human plunge into every suffering in this flesh and spirit universe?

why this entire universe have to exist?

Last week I came across your video's. First time ever. Never heard from you before, but I thought what a calm and wise man. I like to hear more.
This evening I didnt feel so good, a little lost…for a longer time allready. I thought it would be better to go to bed early and start reading the book my mom gave me as a gift the other week. I only noticed how beautiful the book was, the luxe limited edition, blue/green with gold and the title.
And now in my bed, I noticed the name of the writer…Its you sir.
How amazing the universe works!
