This has been greatly helpful to me. I live with my mother and will live with her and care for her until her death. But she has a way to stress me out immensely at times. Then why is it so frightening to not know where you’re going. That scares me the most. I don’t trust that something bad won’t happen if I don’t “know where I’m headed” so I can take care of myself. Life long problem with this.

Thank you my dear Deepak!!! There are 5 golden steps… and they will certainly be very useful and necessary for us!!! Give space for the observer to act in the experience. Stress and fear are actions of the ego, as we know. Presence brings us acceptance, involves us with confidence and fear is overcome, little by little, on the way. That's how I understand certain situations I experience. Controlling the stress caused by fear is difficult, but possible. 🙏❤️
