like all your videos, your explanation was outstanding, but in this particular one you did not explicitly emphasize on the escape point, for a example.; In a family you can choose to stop been part of it, separate or avoid them at all, with out judge them or hate them and the suffering is the consequence of there action ! if they does! , and the suffering of loosing your family is less than the suffering of been part of it.But even if this premise ware true, does this apply for the society or situation wear not all members are part of it, or suffer from the same situation, etc., or it doesn't?.
can you please finish the topic? if not to much to ask for. thanks.

Yes perpetrators suffer from unconsciousness. This awareness can help you. But it is also important to try to distance yourself from them. Just look at the sad creatures. Their problems are not yours. Try distancing. It is a good exercise to get free.

A top tip I got from Lisa Cairns – say to yourself "I accept" whenever you catch yourself disagreeing with reality! Very powerful.

Alison Sneed says:

So the answer is to forgive whoever or whatever, they don’t realize their godliness. If they knew who they were, they would do better.

Winston Saga says:

The thought becomes a loop or spiral and becomes obsession and becomes part of you. Two ways to remove negative thoughts. A person who has negative thoughts all the time cant be spiritual. First clear your mind by doing Zen meditation. Sit in a place for 30 to 60 minutes and listen to the sound of the clock or fan. Every time thought pops up do Conscious derp breathing. Your attention should be on your breath. Slowly you thought subsidies or calms down. By learning to sit in one place for 60 minutes with out moving is a beautiful achievement. Secondly focus your attention on the sound of clock is a great achievement. Thirdly when thoughts pop up anchoring with Conscious Breathing is a Master achievement. If you are able to do then in couple of days the thoughts will fade away. Always keep your mind clean by seeing God or Creation. An empty mind without superfluous thoughts because negative thoughts causes inflammation and chemical imbalance in the brain. There is consequences. So keep your brain clear of all negativity.

What a wonderful time they're going to have dinner this first month in 2023 in South Carolina with a collective idiot group of tRumptards 6:22 all standing there with their thumbs you know where calling themselves what… Parrots?

Wonderful video thank you. I would like to know , Is it non dualism to think new energies are coming in to transform ?.

says:

I wonder if “responsibility” is the right word here. We are, by definition, unaware of our unconsciousness, but we are still responsible for it. And as Jung would have it, our freedom is purchased at the expense of making the unconscious conscious. We are responsible for our freedom as we are responsible for our unconscious captivity.

How incredibly blessed we are to be able to listen to Eckhart Tolle. Lots of us have had a traumatic time growing up. So its such a wonderful blessing to find that we can go beyond feeling a victim. At 80 years old I feel so thankful that I can let go of so many negative thoughts.
