Here are 5 Ways to love yourself (Taoism) by Lao Tzu –

1. Embrace your natural state
2. Let go of self-judgement
3. Live in the present
4. Trust the unfolding of the Tao
5. Cultivate inner stillness

Taoism, attributed to Lao Tzu, is a profound Chinese philosophy that encompasses both a philosophy and a religion. It has had a significant influence on the folk religion practiced by rural communities in China and eventually became the official religion during the Tang Dynasty. At its core, Taoism encourages individuals to embrace a sense of wonder and find joy in living with grace and style. Lao Tzu, the ancient Chinese philosopher and writer, is widely regarded as the founder of Taoism. He is also recognized as the author of the Tao Te Ching, which is considered Taoism’s most sacred text. Despite its Chinese origins, the teachings of Lao Tzu transcend cultural boundaries and resonate with people from all around the world.

ugh, Tao is pronounced Dow and Lao is Dow with an L…I had a really hard time because this reader did not take the time to google how to pronounce the words…and the strange pronunciation, I kept losing what, who?

Hi, very good message, video, many will be reminded and some even can get out from the traps of their own minds and emotions, but how you pronounce Lao Tzi so difficultly and differently is kinda funny, it's like la..o tzi , thats it, all. stick to one instead of saying so many different maybe 🙂

You connect the inner being where God reside in your heart drawing yourself closer to the almighty God

Nate Doyle says:

Taoism is as correct as Daoism is. Neither the English ‘T’ or ‘D’ sounds faithfully reproduce phonetically pronunciation of the name of this concept in Mandarin or Cantonese, old or modern Chinese, & why would it? Common mistake.

Another Campervan Channel says:

So if I'm exactly where I need to be, that's due to my own efforts of pushing and forcing my way to this point. But if I hadn't pushed, are you saying I'd still be where I'm supposed to be as surely that would be two different places? Are both places where I need to be? 🤔

Sallie Mae says:

The journey to self love is an ongoing process
We have to be mindful to focus on the now the present and the reality self love starts within.
Self love is accepting who we are
Accepting our flaws and imperfections
Accepting our strengths
Self love is giving ourselves love and affection
Self love is embracing our authentic selves
That we matter we are special unique individual
If we have self love
Our cups are full
That we can share that love to others .
If we have self love
Then that’s the gateway to find the happiness within and inner peace . Thank you for sharing .
