Denise Dawn Aranya-Bekkema says:

When you "woke up running" were you still lying down in bed? That happened to me and while it was happening I kept asking "what is this?" "what is this?" Finally, a thought came into my head "Christ Consciousness" but I couldn't comprehend how the Christ Consciousness (in my spiritual eye) could be related to my legs moving and a vague feeling in my base chakra. Now I understand it as the awakening of the kundalini force in my base chakra which has risen over the years to higher chakras as a direct result of studying the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) lessons and practicing Kriya Yoga. You might like to read "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda who founded SRF. Does this help you at all?

AD says:

This man doesn't look well. He may needs a psychologist for himself. What he really says is nonsense. I hope innocent people who are listening /following such a nonsense talks will understand that nobody can teach you about yourself except yourself, so you have to be your own so-called 'guru' and the disciple yourself, and learn only from yourself. just turn your eyes inwards and see your own beauty and qualities. What you learn from another is not true, especially people who became millionaire by abusing your weaknes. Remember that you have it all. His words are useless, and certainly will confuse you more and more. Don't allow him to be your monster.

Kindred Spirit says:

I myself have had this.. What I discovered about it, was it was being brought on by my higher self as a way and a means in which to tell me that I wasn't living right – and that I wasn't living to my potential in this lifetime. So my higher self would try to use death as a motivator to make me take more charge of this life instead of wasting time not living fully to my potential. Can be really frightening in a way, as during those moments it's as though nothing really exists – as if reality is just an illusory construct.

haka says:

From the time I was a child I would get a very similar sort of panic attack in the night as I fell asleep. It was like the illusion of the world is being stripped away and there would only be nothingness, no beginning and no end. I couldn't handle that feeling, and would get out of bed, and run and scream. This wasn't everyday , maybe a couple times a month.
But this happened a few days ago, and I was so tired of it, and begged the universe for help on how to deal with it. So, thank you for this video. I believe this is exactly what I needed to hear.

Divinus king says:

No such thing as death, 0+0=0,you can't make anything from nothing, we exist so we come from something, that something must be ETERNAL to EXIST, therefore the meaning of life is not eternal life, got to grow somewhere, somehow, grow something nice, eternity is a long time, ps, god loves you. 🤷‍♂️

the unconcious mind says:

Face your fear
