LOL people ask you all the time if Neale had a real conversation with God? And they feel or think or believe that you can somehow answer this? This proves my point when I talk to Christians every chance I get and ask them if they understand that they are spending their entire life with nothing but OPINIONS. Or the opinions (interpretations) of others. And since they have chosen to live with these opinions they have locked themselves in a tiny box forever. Because when you think your opinions are truth you will NEVER know truth. When you can admit that you do no KNOW, the possibility of KNOWING opens up for you. And so, did you tell all these pople that YOU DO NOT KNOW? Or did you offer your OPINION? LOL
The book just took my spirituality a level I never thought possible, it gave my previous experiences meaning.

Conversations with God was the first book I read that set me on my spiritual journey rather than searching it through different church denominations that I had done for 30 years. I bought the book and read it in one sitting then went back and bought the second and third books. As I read that book it resonates so true to me, I kept saying out loud "I knew that!" It was like he confirmed all the thoughts I'd had. As a child I used to argue with the Minister and my parents about hell can't be real, why would ppl who never heard about God go to hell. How can he be everywhere but not in hell. So many other questions that Neale answered and confirmed in his book.

I loved his book. I’ve read it I think maybe when it first came I believe he asked God questions and God answered him because you can ask God questions every day and God will answer if you listen I think maybe that’s, what some prayer is some prayer is about asking and some prayer is about gratitude and some prayer. It’s just about talking to your creator and as I said I’m constantly asking questions. i remember one time when I was working in a nursing home I was a nurses aid back in my 20s and I went to take care of this woman and get her ready for bed and she had dementia so she was really hanging on to what she could control and it was a constant. Did you remember my slippers? Yep Yep I got your slippers. How about my bathrobe got my bathrobe Yup right here right here I got your bathrobe my towels my towels. Did you remember my towel? Yep Yep I remembered your towels. I got them all here. Don’t worry I got it. You sure you got my slippers, yup yup I got your slippers and this went on through her entire night routine and in my mind I felt laughter and the thought that went through my mind was do you see what I have to put up with and then more laughter and we laugh together, I truly believe that it was God anyone can do it. I wanted to read his book because I wanted to see what answers he got. I always love to see what answers people are getting because we’re all different and I believe that God deals with every one of his children differently because my mom did she didn’t interact with any of her children the same way although she did love us equally my sister and I have talked about it and we are in agreement mom was not a perfect person. We all get it wrong sometimes with our kids geez I miss her. Sometimes I can hear her rhythm in her voice in my mind and I know it’s her, she’s come to me in my dreams. She brought me my Lily my pug dog when I first lost her it was very hard because I was her human and it was as though I lost a limb. I feel so blessed that I receive the ability to be in touch with those who have crossed over and I often say to my daughter, how do people get through the loss, when they don’t believe the relationship continues so they don’t feel as though they know when they’re there they can talk to them. I know a lot of Christian evangelist. Don’t believe that you can talk to those who have crossed over because heaven is just a place not a state of consciousness and being and I think that would break me in half because I still need them. Yes, my oh my, CWG and I go back to the day I was visiting the city library (1996-7?) and a copy of CWG #1 literally fell off the shelf right in front of me. I had never heard of CWG before … but I ate that book like it was candy and I had some pretty profound experiences (really out of this world kind of stuff) while I was reading it …. and then confirmation after confirmation of what I already knew … my favorite thing you know 💗🙏🥰 And — 2 other books penetrated my inner soul knowing at that same time. A lady that I had just met recommended them to me — The Celestine Prophecy and Mutant Message Down Under.

Hey John, Thanks for talking about Neale Donald Walsh. I read all three books of Conversations with God. They were wonderful. I just wonder if you have read A Course In Miracles and what you think about that, Also, Gary Renard and his wife Cindy, ( you may have already covered this) He says he is Doubting Thomas and his wife Cindy is another one of the disciples, I believe them just as I believe you.I have read Course in Miracles and The Disappearance of the Universe and they were life changing for me. I was not raised Catholic but have always had a distrust of it. I was raised Presbyterian and went to church for most of my life. I no longer go because what they preach no longer resonates with me. I saw you on Next Level Soul and have been watching all your podcasts. I love your teachings because they just simplify everything. thank you!!!!! When I read my first chapter of conversations with God, something happened and I recognised truth. I read all of his books over time and I learned so much I was able to think in a different way. My catholic upbringing made me scared to think for myself and these books connected me to the Source and the truth.
