I have to say that at about 1min when you say to lie on the ground and give back your fear to mother Earth, I take issue with that one. I would rather 'bind it to the sun' and get it out of here instead of giving our poor Earth Mother more to deal with. She's already been bombarded and hurting with all mankind has done to her and continues to do. She does not need more negativity placed on her. Take all negative energies and bind them to the sun to never return, not put it back into the grid of Gaia. Not wise, not a loving thing to do to our mother Earth. Thanks.
