I remember reading a book called 30 Days to Discover Who I Am by Harper Daniels. I think I got it on amz with one of Chopra's books in a combo. It had simple mindfulness exercises, but when I did the exercise that had me list all the adjectives and titles I use to describe myself, and what others label me as also, something happened…I realized I was none of these in actuality. These were just covers of "I" and they change, like putting on new clothes. This was so freeing to me. The essential I can never be fully defined, described, or labeled. It just simply is.

@Agreed Agreed it neither nor rather than either or some describe life form as organized atom and some other describe life form as organized cell/self organizing cell and these differences based on values of life as cell than atom even manifest even so called modern life where Anti humanity regardless of overpopulation/depopulation ignores soul of life especially in modern tech like techno feudalism of Artificial Intelligence.

Loving this particular topic from the book so much so I’ve just bought it on Audible so thanks for your clarity as always🙏🏼 In my own personal spiritual journey I always felt I needed scientific proof that mind isn’t a product of the brain so this is so interesting and I can’t wait to start listening to Quantum Body❤️
