Think about how you’d feel if you discovered that everything you believed about yourself and your life was not true. Imagine suddenly realizing that you’re not the person you thought you were. This realization can bring a lot of pain and confusion, often leading to a period of sadness or a deep inner struggle with your spirituality.
You experience a unique kind of pain, one that accompanies the death of your old self. Transformations are rarely comfortable. As you feel the layers of falsehood being peeled away, it’s like shedding your old skinβa necessary part of your evolution.
When you experience the awakening of your spirituality, an internal battle unfolds within you. On one side, your spirit is eager to awaken, even though it knows there will be challenges and pain ahead. On the other side, your physical self, your flesh, longs to stay in its slumber and avoid the discomfort.

I can see how certain pains, are beneficial to the souls' journey, and there are other pains and aches that the body feels that signify that something is wrong, or just plain broken all-together. ( Like, an arm, leg, finger, or internal organ). "I AM" endlessly learning, and growing in knowledge, some of it I don't quite understand completely, but I'm working on it. And YES, it IS a painful quest /Journey as we the Organic Humans Beings strive to experience and learn all that my current mortal organic organism can experience. Especially since All of us are on this ride together, because we are All needed for true unity and wholeness.

Do you know that according to Standard Model of science observable universe contains around 4% of matter and 96% of dark energy and dark matter?!
Do you know that Standard Model of science do not fully explain and can not understand how 96% of observable universe behaves ?!
Do you know that mathematical and physics's formulas do not make sense and do not apply to 96% of universe ?!
Do you know that after the 'discovery' of Higgs blossom (fundamental particle), now it sure that even if there is a cosmological constant, it can NOT be 0 ?!
Do you know that less than 500 years ago people where literally sentence to death and burnt alive because they believed that we live in a solar system where sun and not earth is in the center ?!
Do you know that primordial Black Holes have been confirmed, which means that there are Black Holes which do not come as a result of supernovae ?! (It was believed that Black Holes form as a result of a 'dead' star ?
Do you understand that Black Holes create stars, planets and other matter ?!
Do you know that you are literally connected to the stars and 'born' by them because a human could not be alive if a star didn't 'explode' ?! (Hemoglobin which is in your blood cells comes to your veins. Heart pumpls blood and without heart you could never be alive. Hemoglobin contains iron and do you know how iron was created ? Iron was created by a massive supernova, from a 'dead' star.
So if Black Holes create stars and stars create you, aren't Black Holes some kind of 'God' ?! Ah, don't forget that in the middle of a galaxy there is ALWAYS a black hole as in the middle of your cell is always a core by in which DNA is formed.

What's the need of Spiritual awakening if it gives so much pain and suffering while normal life do the same. Infact there is less pain and suffering in a normal life, so why choose spirituality ?
Cant relate to this enough, its exactly the same feeling I am going throughout.π£ Please upload more of these, and help me in making my soul win against flesh. Its extremely difficult to not fall in trap of flesh. I want to know the true purpose of my life. I want to endure and overcome this strange feeling of confusing thoughts and pain.
I experienced much pain since childhood before being diagnosed with PTSD a few years back when they made that distinction from shell shock and manic depression. I will be 70 years old next month and only a short time ago was I finally able to get tuned into my spirituality. Iβve been lucky enough to cast off the anger and depression and find peace of mind and spirit. It wasnβt easy and I thank you for your positive reinforcement. May others feel the power of their connection to the all encompassing spirit! Have a blessed life here and beyond.

πΊ For me it's a gradual process, which started about 2 years ago after a lifetime of mental suffering, cptsd and just after a particularly traumatic event.
I was standing at the kitchen door looking outside and experienced death … annihilation..
There was this unimaginable grief – coupled with such a sweet state of bliss .. I cried.
Again some months later I went through something similar again. Just "died." It was so very painful, but the ecstasy was right there shining through it all.
It's quite a journey to say the least, but over the last couple of years I've let go of such a huge energetic burden that was weighing me down.
My mind is generally so calm nowadays and in spite of my ailments my body feels at peace.
Still on this incredible journey, but have released and healed untold trauma, suicidal thoughts, rage, hate and bitterness and quite a lot of fear.
Sometimes I hear people say "Enjoy the journey, don't focus on some imaginary destination."
Learning to do that…
Trust the process.
It's just so worth it! π

I have been going through a spiritual awakening since the start of some narc family realizations that turned everything upside down. It has been like a rollercoaster and i too thought i was losing my mind but i know it is my ego trying to resist strongly against these changes. Recently i started feeling an energy source in my abdomen that would occasionally shoot up my spine, now i can feel it in my legs at times and sometimes i get a rush upwards through my whole body over my head that has my hairs standing up. It truly is an amazing experience but with a lot of suffering due to my ego.

That hit the spot. I finally allowed myself to see at age 60. The last five years have been eye opening. To be able to see gratitude from pain isn't easy because of the comfort zones we created in fear do not resonate with assended frequiencies. Thanks WN, always look forward to learning.
