Hi Sandeep Jee. While practicing sound of silence I felt very different today, I have been practicing it for more than 4 months around and today, a vibration in circular shape appeared moving from bottom towards my head. Due to fear I left in mid and went out of home. Please suggest if this is normal or it can damage my health and brain. Thanks for quick help. Please share if any contact number to get some suggestions from you.
