To be at his age and still obsessed with Eastern Philosophy shows that it's just a fucking hobby. Once you discover the truth you need not continue to practice it. You become it. That's why I left Buddhism because it was flawed. It's like someone who goes to AA meetings tells you he's been 4,537 days sober because he's addicted to the feeling of being an "alcoholic". Learn and move on. Life is much more than a single concept. Life is beyond our comprehension. It's not as simple as meditating and "feeling the void". Such a flawed idea of our existence
