We are told by the Dalai Lama to live and believe in Compassion with others, Yet at the same time we are ordered by our governments to social distance, isolate and wear masks to protect ourselves from each other. How can we have compassion when we live in fear of each other? So many conflicting ideas, beliefs, and immoral standards of existence that are being fed to us and leaving us more and more confused and disconnected from the truth within ourselves and the world we're all surrounded with each and everyday. No wonder our world is SoO sick.

How can I be more compassionate towards the people I encounter in public? I often feel angry at the customers I see at work, for how I observe them behaving in very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and even ignorant ways. I wish to feel love and compassion towards them, but I can't.
