Yes, the self-centered perspective is the 2nd noble truth, the cause of all
suffering; that i am independent in my origination. SO!!! The real
question for the advanced Buddhists out there is: what is the role of the
relative/ dualistic truth in the Buddha realm?

heartedness!!! That is the key to happiness!!!! Warm everywhere. I good
place to start is with every single person that you see. Then add the fish
))))))) hehehehehe

Very true

zoot soot says:

The Dalai Lama’s brand of nicey-nicey, common sense spirituality doesn’t
help anyone, just repeats the same old tired maxims that everyone is
brought up hearing. The truth is that those who are very self-interested,
lonely, withdrawn don’t suffer from an excess of ego, which they need to
reduce by empathising with others, they suffer from too little, the result
of which they experience the opinions and feelings of others too much,
therefore they have to withdraw to regain a normal sense of themselves. So
rather than forgetting about themselves they should go more within
themselves, that’s why the great sages of old preached meditation and not
just nicey-nicey altruism that their modern equivalents preach today.

tenzinlama says:

Today, I want to confess my bad behaviors that is making me feel
miserable… Past several day, I have been talking about bad behavior of
others to my friends. Without much compassion in my mind. Which is making
me feel miserable. So for today onward I have decided not to poke other
nose without love and compassion… Thank you for the teaching…

Gaerteuth says:
