In this important lecture, “The Presence of Spiritual Awareness”, Dr. Hawkins challenges the beliefs we hold that are crippling our spiritual evolution. He explains that what you “think” is not what “is” and in order to live a life filled with joy and move from ego to Spirit, we need to deeply question our current understandings.

Once you become aware of the structure of mankind, compassion is the automatic consequence of that knowledge. We walk around with a spiritual conscience, but with the emotions of an animal as well. See that the human drive is to “get” more and more, which Dr. Hawkins breaks down for us by explaining why we have this strong desire but also how to let it go.

To further our education, he also explores our fascination with thinkingness and how it blocks our spiritual progress. Clear instructions are given on the steps to take in order to transcend the mind and rapidly advance in consciousness.

Dr. Hawkins also graces us with this beautiful prayer: “Oh Lord, we do pray to Thee that Thy Truth prevail in mankind for the sake of Peace. Amen.”

These are just a few of the topics covered in this presentation worthy of your collection!

Good question, better answer

Eye of Horus says:

Man, That was a really tough question.
There are so many profound implications.
It sent my mind spinning.
I actually watched it 4 times.

VanJoelSandwich says:

Hahaha how inappropriate that man was. David handle it so gracefully and firmly. I love David so much ☺️
Remember people, integrity will always bring up not integrity. It's like the wolves smell for prey. Keep firm. Trust your intuition and practice integrity no matter what. The ego and that which is false cannot exist in the presence of the spirit.
All the best to my fellow humans who are in this great journey.
See you all in heaven someday 😉

Desmond Nicoli says:

U want to education children in Africa man. Understand what goes around comes around. And u can undo the negative karma by restoring the very beautiful paradise Africa has the potential to become. Besides there’s plenty of kids around u born at fifty why not just love your neighbours as yourself. Try that for starters. Hell my birth was at fifty. Then my mom and auntie decided to have home births after me. There were even parts of it way below 50. Tho I had massive loving support as well from my God family and friends.

Desmond Nicoli says:

What a ignoramus

For Your Spirit says:

This sounds like a 10-year-old child speaking to is his wise experienced grandfather.
“Look at me! Look at my intellect! look at my questions!” He wasn’t looking for an answer, he was just trying to tell off the teacher and failed miserably. Hopefully he realized it later on. I appreciate the teacher’s patience, as I wouldn’t of had it.

Francesco Razzetti says:

Willie, could you suggest some lectures with more of these "confrontational" episodes with the Doc? Thanks for the upload.

Thank you for posting this!

I would very much like to learn more about karma, can anyone out there recommend a good starting point (book, course, URL, etc)?

Thank you.

Bee Awareness Itself says:

I had a dream a few years ago in which I was told I had 8 to 10 more lifetimes of ‘dharma’ to do… I reacted with a nooooooo! Thankfully we are unconditionally loved! I was then told that my mission in this life is ‘to be’… and I tried to say, though I was starting to wake up, I said quickly with joy that’s all I ever wanted!!

Salvaged says:

nice content bro

Jonathan.HDK.O'Toole says:

He didn't explain anything about karma.. 🤔 You don't need to be a student for a number of years to get this.
Karma is shorthand for the idea of the interconnection of all superficially separate consciousness within one great consciousness (the brahmin).
If you cannot envisage an idea of consciousness or existence where the ego is merely an illusion, you won't understand karma.

Karma in a simple manner of speaking means "doing". If something good or bad happens to me. It is my karma (doing).

Simplistic example – If I get murderered horribly, it is my karma. In saying this, it is meant that there is no separation between the murderer and the victim. They are both part(personas) of the same great consciousness (brahmin/godhead) Everything that happens is your doing (karma) because everything is all one single entity.

J D says:

I appreciate the tough question, though.

Justin says:

Wow, he tried to project and David knew exactly how to handle it. Love you both, the sub 200"s and above
