Like Jesus said, “if you aren’t ready to leave everything and follow me, you aren’t ready for God.”
The Buddha taught the same thing in teaching us the essential importance of non attachment.
Death is a process and you begin to die in different ways. I have lost everything multiple times and found that possessions and money no longer have a hold on me. Also I found nothing I can fear. I don't allow it in my life! But I can live in a greater way by releasing what I once thought would be too hard. It is because everything can be replaced. I am grateful that I live and keep on learning!
