I love Dr David Hawkins! My husband got his book ‘Power vs Force’ much to my surprise and delight when I was going through a very difficult Kundalini awakening and cancer at the same time… it was this ‘Surrendering’ that I feel got me through it all though because I didn’t know what Kundalini was at the time, and was not religious, I just kept surrendering to ‘whatever is’, and was able to do what felt like a lot of karmic purging in this way… but I feel that we must go one step further than ‘surrendering’, and I feel I was taught this during a very intense dream in which I was being tortured, and after what felt like hours of it, with me trying to ‘go within’ and surrender as per David Hawkins, I suddenly screamed in my head ‘I’ve surrendered… why aren’t You shifting me out of this’, and the words appeared all over the sky (and I forgot the exact words!) but I understood that I was to raise my vibration by changing my emotions… and I knew instantly that all I needed to do was to think of a tree and I would feel happy and it would raise my vibration, and it worked and I was wooshed out of that lower vibrational reality instantly, and was having an out of body experience flying over the trees near the ocean… it was exhilarating! Especially because I feel that this is the ‘truth’ in how we change our realities in this life for the better, as I feel we are CoCreating them, and we must not only go within and surrender to ‘All That Is’, but we must also actively put our attention (our power!) on only things that Inspire us! As Mooji says (I love him too!) when we turn our attention inward, we empower ourSelves! Thank you for sharing all of this great content… namaste ❤️
