Could you please help me to understand the following thing. Doc says in a couple of videos and in his books as well that one could raise his Level of Consciousness by 5-10 points max in a lifetime (due to fact the scale is logarithmic), yet in a certain video he mentions that a certain study group jumped from +400 to +500. How is that even possible without serious consequences, as the neurological system would be under tremendous pressure ?
Also, as I'm looking for a spiritual mentor, I've recently been in touch with Robert Smalley who apparently was David's student, through his work he calibrate my LoC at birth 200 and recently 342. How is that even possible ? Have you heard of Robert ? This would contradict Doc's teachings. I know I shouldn't get stuck in numbers but I can't make peace with this topic, there are several information contradictory and I don't know where the Truth is. I would appreciate if I could have your feedback.

Thanks so much! This is perfect. I think one of the keys is reconnecting or being quite enough to be able to tell the difference between the no-self who is who we are and the animal/saboteur voice (also known as ego) who’s always trying to run the show and/or let everyone know they are right, about anything. 🙂
