Ah. Pendulums, I know what that is. This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I just mentally high-fived the universe. Be present. What other moment is โtangibleโ but the one weโre in? I sometimes forget I can switch thought streams so itโs awesome that Eckhart Tolle has labeled them as โentitiesโ using energy to grow. How many more ways can we be taught to get out of our minds?! Lol

[19:26] To help clarify: "out of your mind" means one should not listen to any answer in the head, for they all are coming from ego. Rather, quiet the mind and allow the correct answer to come from the transcendent dimension deep within.

I'd LOVE to get a copy to help with 2 mindedness and what he says in words to read are pure gems.
